Product Information
This is a LED neon sign, LED neon means it looks like neon and it’s very bright, but it’s lit with LED strip. So it’s safer and needs less power, it’s powered by 5V USB power source.
The dimension is 40 x 32cm (16 x 12.5”), it has two holes for hanging or screws. You can request a quote for bigger sizes.
You can bring the sign anywhere with a power bank or plug it in with USB plug (not included).
Return and Refund
Exchange and return is accepted within 14 days of receipt.
If you wish to exchange or return please make sure the item is not damaged or stained. Only products that can be restocked will be accepted for return or refund.
Delivery Information
Standard and EMS shipping are delivered by post office, delivery ranges from one to three weeks. (EMS takes about one week, standard may take up to three weeks.)
If the tracking shows delivered, no refund will be given for lost packages. Please make sure your address is correct and an adequate storage area is present at your address.
